● General Description

ZN63A(VS1)-12 series of indoor vacuum circuit breaker is used for indoor 12kV switchgear,it is suitable to control and protect transmission and distribution system such as electric network equipment and industrial&mining industry etc as their protection and control unit.

It can match with KYN28(GZS1),XGN and GG1-A series of switchgears.The products meet standards of GB1984-2003,this series of products include:VCB truck,isolation truck and Fuse truck etc.

Structural characteristics:

1.This series of VCB is used integrated design for operating mechanism and VCB body with reasonable,beautiful and compact arrangement.

2.This series of VCB adopted vertical insulation house against impact due to different weather,it can effectively prevent VIS against damage by exterior factors.

1.Ambient temperature:-15℃～+40℃.

2.The height above sea level:≤1000 m(Not including special requirements).

3.Relative humidity:the average humidity of a day should be no more than 95%;the average humidity of a month should be no more than 90%.

4.Saturated vapor pressure:the average pressure of a day should be no more than 2.2kPa;the average pressure of a month should be no more than 1.8kPa.

5.Earthquake intensity:not exceed 8 degrees.

For VCB:Full type name,rated current,rated short-circuit breaking current,distance between phases,rated voltage of CO tripper of operating mechanism,rated voltage of energy-stored motor,the name and quantity of spare parts and components,other special requirements for VCB.

For isolation truck:Full type name,rated current,distance between phases and quantity.

For Fuse truck:Full type name,distance between phases,type No.of fuse and their current.

Voltage transformer truck:name,distance between phases,ratio,precise level and fuse type of VT,fuse pipe current.
