In order to implement the"Opinions of the Central Committee and the State Council of the Communist Party of China on Promoting the Reform and Development of Safety Production",promote the reform of the safety supervision and management system of electric power construction projects,further strengthen the safety supervision and management of electric power construction projects,straighten out the safety supervision and management mechanism of electric power construction projects,and effectively prevent and control the construction safety of electric power construction projects.Containment of major accidents.The State Energy Administration has organized and compiled"Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Safety Supervision and Management of Electric Power Construction Projects",inviting your unit to put forward relevant opinions and suggestions,and to give feedback before March 8,2017.The overdue period is regarded as unintentional.
